i need a change in my life.

I planned to start my computer study today.

But due to several factors

ways to reduce headache pain. I hope it will helps u .

1. Stop taking painkillers:
This is number one, because without this step, nothing else will work. The number one cause of chronic headache is overuse of painkillers. The primary damage that painkillers cause, is that they rob your body of its ability to fight pain naturally.

2. You can still drink alcohol just reduce the sugar. Drink low beer that is low in carbohydrates, and dry wine:
Be careful about what you drink, and how much you drink. In most cases its not just the alcohol, its the combination of sugar and the additional chemicals in the drink called "free radicals" that are causing your drinking related headaches. In addition, dry wine rather than sweet will be useful and low carbohydrate beer. Try to find beer that is brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law.

3. Reduce your caffeine consumption.
Caffeine can be a very effective headache reducer, especially migraines, but it can also be a headache trigger if you come to rely on it too much. Try reducing to two or three cups a day at specified times. For example, you could decide that you will only drink coffee in the morning and at 2pm. This should not only control your headaches but also help you to appreciate your coffee breaks more.

i went to michelle lim's house.
Together with cm,sin cheh,cy.
5 people in total.
we went to michelle's house because of the sport sphere thingy.
In order to raise fund for the paintball event, we are forced to open stall in Help.
We are selling sweet there.
In michelle's house , we were talking craps there.This was fun and we talked a lot there.
Then we went to Datran sunway for our dinner.Again,kena conned by the aunty there...Haiz..
Sizzling mee which costed me RM6.
then we went to carefour which is located in tropicana city.
Around 12 smtg, i reached my house...Then sleep.

today me and my friends went Mid valley for Transformer.

Not just only transformer but also to celebrate the my brather, Mun tick's birthday.

We had our lunch in Sushi King and watched transformer at 12.30pm.

The game format is pretty simple, equivalent to the Division 4 format that is played all around the world.
Division 4. Capture The Flag Format :Both opposing teams will be using house markers which are set on a semi automatic firing mode.
Additional paint can be purchased with a tournament price discount @ only RM 180 per box (2000 pellets). A bargain too hard to resist as normal walk in price would be RM 350 and above.
Only house markers will be used throughout the tournament.Max velocity is 290 fps.No outside paint is allowed for this event.All the required paint can be purchased @ only RM 180 per box!!

I went to college today.

Today was a boring day.

I was together with cm for the entire day,

I heard that Jing Kai bought a Kobe IV,

It is a nice shoes but expensive lo..

Today i met someone.....You know what....She tortured my phone
She changed my phone's theme into a theme that i never thought of using.
When i saw my phone, i was stunt for a few second.....HaHA
I should be angry but when i saw her cute face.....All my anger was gone...Just can't stop laughing
I am not sure whether i am laughing at the theme or Her......
ANyway, i am not planning to change the theme.....My promise to her






Besides that,
Today i received the best birthday present ever.
This birthday present is very meaningful for me.
This is because it is from Perak.
The sender is my ns christian class teacher, Mr chen
I knew him through ns.( NAsional service)
This present may looks cheap and doesn't cost much to make one
But this present make me felt damn touch and sweet.
He is a very nice guy....May God bless him

Sad and Happy moment...All happened in one day

As usual, i went to college today. Today i only got 2 classes.The Math class and English class.
However, when i went into the math class...I saw the class was so different compared to last time....Why???

I remembered.

Today is the day that Mr lim going to gave us back our mid term paper. Everybody was so scared and nervous. Before he gave us back the paper, He praised our class due to the improvement.

Last Quiz, our class only got 8 passes. But for mid-term, The number of peoples pass increased from 8 to 10.. Wow....Such a great improvement....Haha

Anyway, i did not bad for my mid-term math.....HAHa..So happy :)

After my Math class, i rested for one and half hour.Then i supposely have my english class at 12.30

we waited in the class for half an hour which means from 12.30 till 1.00 , There are no teacher.....Where the heck is him?( I was thinking)

Then Julian( our class monitor) went to find him. And You know what....

He was eating there....He thought that the class starting at 2pm....OMG. IS he new in help??? Now how many weeks ady??? Still don't know the time table yet..This is Our English teacher....

Ok.....Basically , today we went for basketball at Marvin place there.
I am sorry Marvin but i have to say it out...

That Basketball court sucks......Because

1) The court is so slippery and hard to run and stop....
2) the court is a outdoor court and we can die under the sun.
3) The court got no 3 points line.....

After the basketball section, i went to eat with my Team mates in Dataran sunway. It tooks around 20 minutes for us to decide which restaurant to go. So many options there...
